IT Infrastructure Manager

We're currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent position with the possibility of telecommuting. The salary range is $95,000 to $115,000, depending on experience.
Your Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a user support team as a system administrator.
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Establish and enforce hardware standards, policies, and support processes.
- Manage and resolve network infrastructure issues, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure the stability and security of existing servers.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Responsible for budget and recruitment with the IT Manager.
- Contribute to the realization of projects and influence technological choices to facilitate integration and operation.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader in an IT operational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of systems administration, configuration management, and change management best practices.
- In-depth understanding of networking principles and experience in managing network equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of security systems.
- Mastery of hardware, software, firmware, and network technologies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
