Senior Communications Advisor

Tolko Industries Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our corporate services group, you will play a critical role in promoting our value of Open Communication by supporting engagement within and across our Operating and Business Service Teams.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic communications, project management, and stakeholder engagement. If you have a proven track record of delivering effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies in a corporate environment, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute communication plans that support our business priorities.
  • Provide strategic counsel and communications support to Tolko leaders and team members.
  • Collaborate with Operating and Service Teams to enhance employee engagement and strategic alignment.
  • Represent the Communications Team and promote our services model, brand, and communication processes.
  • Participate in an emergency response team to support issues affecting Tolko.
  • Prepare briefs for senior management as required.
