Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Gas Bar Attendant to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our gas bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and efficient fueling experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate fuel pumps and manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
