Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead - Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at JobCart Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and validate inspectors to ensure perfect defect detection and adherence to quality standards.
- Inspect parts and role model inspector performance standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Positively motivate inspectors to achieve their full potential and contribute to the team's success.
- Train Inspectors on administrative job duties to build self-sufficiency and efficiency.
- Foster strong professional relationships with inspectors, fellow Team Leads, and host support staff to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Actively and willingly aid inspectors, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our operations.
- Seek feedback from inspectors on inspection methods and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Provide site orientation to new inspectors, ensuring they are familiar with our policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain composure under pressure and always remain professional, setting a positive example for inspectors and fellow Team Leads.
- Support additional tasks as requested by the Customer or Project Leader, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Identify Inspectors with potential for future growth opportunities and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and careers.

- Proven experience in quality assurance and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
