About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing customized solutions to our clients, ensuring their mobility needs are met with the right equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide solutions to clients by working closely with therapists to select the most suitable mobility device for their needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and other healthcare facilities in the community.
  • Travel to long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences to demonstrate products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant program (business, sales, marketing, etc.). Education in Kinesiology or Health Sciences is an asset.
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of in-person sales calls and client care excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Program (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Travel to sites is required, and a company vehicle will be provided.
  • A clean criminal background check and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
