About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing customized solutions to our clients seeking accessibility equipment to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Solutions: Work closely with therapists to select the most suitable mobility device for each client's needs, ensuring that Motion is the top choice for mobility devices in the region.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with therapists, caregivers, manufacturers, and healthcare facilities in the community to expand our network and create new opportunities.
  • Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to various locations, including long-term care facilities, retirement homes, hospitals, schools, and residences, to demonstrate products and services to clients and their teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, sales, marketing, or a related program.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of in-person sales calls and client care excellence.
  • Innovation: Possess problem-solving skills and expertise in innovating new ways to meet customer needs, with a creative approach to generating new leads.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in a Customer Relationship Program (CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with clients and internal/external teams.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
