Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Installation and Service Teams: Supervise and coordinate the installation and service of commercial garage doors, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and customers.
  • Business Development and Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements

  • CDI Certification: Possess a valid CDI certification and maintain ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Commercial Garage Door Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial garage door installation and service, with a strong understanding of door systems and components.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
