Senior Financial Analyst, Growth

The Rideshare team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team, working closely with FP&A and the business to develop and manage forecasts and financial analytics. This role will focus on enhancing financial visibility and insights into the business, with a strong emphasis on partnership with Customer Market Management and Growth Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and reports to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal systems and financial analytics teams to refine forecasting of estimated actuals.
  • Support Rideshare Post-Marketing Margin (PMM) modelling and forecasting efforts.
  • Provide expert financial analysis and support for ad-hoc requests.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in finance for Driver incentives/onboarding and Rider incentives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance) with at least 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models, with excellent quantitative analysis and forecasting skills.
  • Proven capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and the ability to derive insights from incomplete information.
  • A detail-oriented, highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage overlapping tasks and frequent priority changes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and ERP systems, such as Oracle Essbase or Anaplan, is preferred.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
