Senior Financial Analyst Job Description

Our client, a leading telecommunications company in Canada, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. With a strong focus on financial transformation, this role will play a key part in driving business growth and improving financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance financial data processing and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial optimization and implement solutions.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation with 3-5 years of post-qualification accounting experience in a relevant role.
  • Advanced technological proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automation tools such as Power Automate.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data processing, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementation of financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
