Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the work of cement finishing team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that finished surfaces meet our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations, and report any incidents or near-misses.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Communication: Liaise with other departments, including project management and quality control, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Language: English

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week
