Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the creation of monthly financial reports;
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts;
  • Define essential standard process indicators and innovate new benchmarks;
  • Analyze and clarify discrepancies in production costs;
  • Update and maintain standard cost records;
  • Evaluate profit margins across various programs;
  • Supervise the management and reconciliation of accounting records related to inventory and work in progress;
  • Keep comprehensive records of the company's fixed assets and perform account analyses;
  • Review and authorize investment proposals;
  • Examine, assess, and compile departmental expense reports;
  • Calculate labor costs;
  • Engage in cycle counting and inventory assessments;
  • Assist in estimating costs for new product lines;
  • Support the implementation and utilization of ERP and BI management software;
  • Lead or contribute to special projects;
  • Accurately execute accounting transactions for month-end processes;
  • Participate in audits conducted by government agencies and external auditors.

Qualifications:

  • CPA designation (preferred);
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors (highly valued);
  • At least 3 years in a comparable cost accounting role;
  • Familiarity with IFRS standards;
  • Proficient in advanced Excel;
  • Bilingual capabilities.
