Role: Corporate Partnerships and Workplace Campaigns Advisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Partnerships and Workplace Campaigns Advisor to join our team in Montreal. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and executing strategic partnerships with corporations to support the Canadian Red Cross's mission.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage corporate partnerships and workplace giving campaigns
  • Organize meetings and presentations with potential partners and campaign managers
  • Expand our network of corporate donors and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Implement effective strategies for soliciting corporate donations and sponsorships
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising events and initiatives
  • Mentor and support a team of volunteers involved in workplace campaigns
  • Provide assistance with fundraising appeals and grant proposals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum five years of experience in corporate gifts development or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of donor relations principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role located in Montreal
  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required
  • Availability during relief operations may be necessary
