Senior Consultant, Corporate Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Corporate Reporting to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our corporate reporting team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and support of our financial systems, providing project management and leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide information systems projects, managing timelines and resources, and providing leadership to team members.
- Coordinate the procurement and management of external services, ensuring requirements and expectations are met.
- Provide senior consulting services to all disciplines and stakeholders, keeping abreast of initiatives and issues within the business areas.
- Formulate project plans with business areas and/or provide input into operational or strategic plans.
- Develop and manage project timelines, facilitate change management strategies, and define tasks.
- Identify, source, and manage resources, including contractors, staff, or dollars, and identify and mitigate project-related risks.
- Provide post-implementation evaluation, measuring key outcomes, assessing project-related staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, obtaining project sign-off, and documenting lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Seven years' recent related experience with developing financial applications and/or financial application reporting in a large complex organization, including at least three years' experience as a project manager.
- CPA recognized professional accounting designation would be an asset.
- Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring, and Courageous.
- Professional/Technical Capabilities: Ability to provide leadership to a variety of large project teams, advanced knowledge of information management, business processes, technologies, and applications.
