About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at MIDVAN COLLISION. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute repair work to ensure high-quality results
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace
  • Replace and repair body components, doors, and frames
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to achieve a smooth finish
  • Operate soldering equipment and use plastic filler to fill holes and seams
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
  • Perform welding tasks as required
  • Trim and sand plastic or fiberglass parts
Requirements
  • Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Dependability, initiative, and reliability
