About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mega Sushi Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and equipment maintenance, to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
