Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Canco #119 is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, process returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
