GILL ONWARD ENTERPRISES INC. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying staffing requirements, preparing job postings, and coordinating the selection process.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing needs, and develop strategies to address them.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories, and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Employee Relations: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and coordinate staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Training and Development: Determine eligibility for entitlements, and arrange staff training and development programs.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
