Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Baymont by Wyndham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supervising staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Management: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient hotel operations, including managing front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high-performing team.
- Technical Support: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, or staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, and team player.
- Permanent Employment: A stable and secure work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
