As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital communication strategies to engage with our clients and promote their business services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop promotional materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and website content
* Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure the successful execution of digital communication projects
* Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
* Market business services to new and existing clients through various digital channels
* Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the successful execution of digital communication projects
* Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials to promote our clients\u2019 business services
* Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of our clients
* Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to achieve their business goals
* Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and stakeholders
* Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to promote our clients\u2019 business services
* Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to engage with our clients and promote their business services
* Gather, research, and prepare communications material to support the development of digital communication strategies

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in digital communications
* Strong understanding of digital communication channels and strategies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
