Job Summary

Briesam Corporation is seeking a skilled Residential Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of floor coverings and hardwood flooring installations in residential settings.

Responsibilities
  • Measure, Cut, and Install: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, underlay, and underpadding to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect and Repair: Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure a seamless and long-lasting finish.
  • Prepare Floors: Prepare floors for installations by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary coatings.
  • Install Carpeting: Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces to meet the unique needs of our residential clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in floor covering installation or equivalent experience.

As a Residential Flooring Specialist with Briesam Corporation, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. You will be required to work on-site, interacting with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
