Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Residential Floor and Wall Covering Installer to join our team at Briesam Corporation. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality flooring installations for our residential clients.

Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Install resilient floor coverings, including carpeting on walls or other surfaces, to meet our clients' needs.
  • Prepare and install hardwood floors to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to ensure our clients' satisfaction.
  • Prepare floors for installations, including cleaning and preparing the surface for new flooring.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the flooring industry, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work on-site and provide excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to relocate to meet the needs of our clients.
Work Environment

Our team members work in a variety of settings, including residential homes and construction sites. You will be exposed to odours and other environmental factors as part of your job.
