Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and achieving sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and ensure the overall smooth operation of the store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to bend, crouch, and kneel is also required.
