HearCanada is a leading provider of hearing care services, and we're seeking a dedicated Audiologist or Hearing Aid Practitioner to join our team in Lethbridge, AB.

About the Role:

As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCANADA, you will provide exceptional client care, conduct standardized hearing evaluations, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to support walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Registrant of ACSLPA (Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists) or CHAPA (College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta) in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • Excellent communication skills to establish a professional rapport with clients and team members
