About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Senior Account Recovery Specialist to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our National Contact Center, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their personal and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Regional Inventory: Facilitate collection tools and legal action to manage assigned regional inventory (active and written off).
  • Collection and Recovery: Utilize skip tracing, phone calls, text messages, emails, and legal action to recover delinquent accounts.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document all communications and legal activity, and upload required documents onto internal systems.
  • Payment Processing: Collect and process payments made by customers using acceptable payment methods.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • 1-2 years of collections experience (asset).
  • Paralegal designation or legal background (asset).
  • Post-secondary education preferred (college or university).
  • Full driver's license with access to a vehicle.
  • Effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, and work independently.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office/SharePoint (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at various levels across the organization.
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability for accuracy.
