Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Sell postal products and services to businesses and individuals, providing expert advice and guidance to meet their needs.
- Mail and Package Processing: Sort, distribute, and process mail and packages into appropriate classifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Customer Support: Provide customers with information and forms, address delivery and service difficulties, and resolve problems thoroughly and quickly.
- Education and Experience: High school or provincial equivalency and/or experience in business administration, sales, or customer service.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Physical Demands: Physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
