About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Ski Lift Operator at the FT. St. James Ski Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ski lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate ski lifts to transport skiers and snowboarders up and down the mountain.
  • Assist clients with special needs, ensuring their safe loading and unloading from the lifts.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients on and off the lifts as needed.
  • Participate in snow removal and other tasks as required to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including on-call and seasonal schedules.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as required.
