Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at SOO SOLUTIONS INC. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic security clearance, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and overtime may be required.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
