About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a temporary Internal Solutions Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ISC Team: Provide research assistance and troubleshooting for member transactions, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
  • Risk Identification and Management: Proactively identify and handle risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Financial Reconciliations and Reporting: Administer GL reconciliations, remittances report views, and balancing to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Interact with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge, and feedback.
  • Member Solutions and Support: Proactively identify and research the best solutions to meet our members' needs and improve their financial well-being.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
  • Financial Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Registered Products, with applicants currently obtaining this knowledge also considered.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation, communication, and organizational skills.
