Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase efficiency
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles as needed
  • Supervise and train new employees to ensure they meet company standards
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
