About Dimitri's Place Restaurant

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
