Customer Sales Associate

Trane Technologies is seeking a skilled Customer Sales Associate to join our team at our Residential Parts & Supply Store in Laval. As a trusted advisor to customers, you will resolve parts or equipment issues, deliver quality parts and solutions, process customer orders, and respond to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to identify needs, respond to inquiries, and offer timely quality solutions to their HVAC Parts & Supply needs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to partner with customers and grow sales.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with warehouse/inventory management work as needed, including cycle counts, back orders, and inventory control.
Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, retail, or related experience; HVAC sales/knowledge and mechanical aptitude beneficial.
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service in challenging situations.
