Marketing Director Job Description

Vintage Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement communication strategies to engage with our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and maximize return on investment.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
