We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Royal Roads University.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of university properties, ensuring optimal use and maintenance of facilities.
- Develop and implement facilities planning and management strategies to meet the needs of the university community.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of facilities-related activities.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of university funds.
- Supervise a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, facilities management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in property management, facilities planning, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
