About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Royal Roads University. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the management of our campus properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our campus properties, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our users.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure that our facilities are maintained within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and university policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or real estate.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex facilities projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
