About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to join our team at Take Us For Granite Ontario Ltd. As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and setting up machines to perform repetitive machining operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools to perform precision machining operations.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Prepare etching solutions and immerse metal parts or workpieces into the solution to remove unwanted portions.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Enter codes specifying speed, feed, and cut of the toolpath for CNC machine tools.
  • Clean and maintain the work space to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a noisy environment.
  • Reliability and ability to work independently.
Work Environment

Our work site environment is noisy, and you will be required to work in a manufacture setting.
