Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and determine portion sizes and costs.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special events and buffets.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of food safety and quality.
  • Team Management: Manage kitchen operations, including organizing staff and ensuring efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
