Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing vehicles for both clients and the dealership, while fostering positive relationships with customers. We pride ourselves on operating with integrity and require dedicated, honest technicians. Only those who prioritize ethical standards need to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose vehicle issues
  • Consult with the shop foreman or service advisor regarding repairs
  • Relay additional service needs to the service advisor
  • Strategize work processes in conjunction with the shop foreman
  • Provide labor time estimates to the service advisor
  • Track repair time and keep the service advisor updated
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle maintenance and operation
  • Complete documentation for client repairs accurately
  • Support the training of technician apprentices
  • Participate in company and BMW training sessions
  • Stay informed on factory technical bulletins
  • Comprehend and comply with federal, provincial, and local regulations (including hazardous waste disposal)

Qualifications

High school diploma and a valid Technician license.

Certifications and Licenses

Valid Driver's License

ODP Certification

Compensation Structure

We offer a competitive flat rate pay system based on qualifications, with benefits available after the probationary period.
