Budds' BMW is seeking a skilled BMW Technician to join our team

We are a reputable dealership with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development. As a BMW Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify repair needs
  • Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor to ensure accurate estimates and timelines
  • Communicate additional service requests to service advisor to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Provide labor time estimates to service advisor to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  • Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs to ensure accurate records and billing
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Attend company and BMW training to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
  • Keep current with factory technical bulletins to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
  • Understand and follow federal, provincial, and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste) to ensure compliance and safety

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and valid Technician license
  • Valid Driver's License
  • ODP Certified

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a flat rate system based on qualifications. Benefits are included after a probationary period.
