About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 1109973 BC Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Determine the types and quantities of merchandise to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the store's profitability.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
