Material Estimator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Estimator to join our team at 2265101 Alberta Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies throughout our production process.
Key Responsibilities- Order Compilation: Compile orders and instructions received from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Traffic Flow Management: Coordinate the flow of supplies, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to production units.
- Reporting and Analysis: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, estimating the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects. Prepare and maintain progress reports, providing valuable insights to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
