Job Title: CNC Machinist

Usinage D.D.R. Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and adjusting production machinery, fitting and assembling components, and documenting deviations from specifications.

Work Setting

We offer a temporary work opportunity with a variable schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and adjust production machinery/tools
  • Fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Dependability, initiative, and a team player attitude
