Position Overview

The role of a Line Cook at Mojos Craft Pub & Grill involves preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.

  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Provide training to staff on food preparation and handling techniques.
  • Order necessary supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of food and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
Certifications
  • Possession of a Safe Food Handling certificate is required.
