- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Interpersonal and Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French is required for this role, as you will be working with clients and team members in both languages.
