Autoplan Insurance Agent

Sussex Insurance is seeking a dedicated and experienced Autoplan Insurance Agent to join our team in Victoria.
As an Autoplan Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling all aspects of ICBC insurance. Your expertise will ensure smooth transactions and a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide prompt and efficient service to clients via phone and in-person interactions.
- Process Autoplan insurance applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ICBC regulations and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Level 1 or 2 Autoplan Insurance License.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an Autoplan insurance role (required for Level 2).
- Strong knowledge of ICBC policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Level 1 agents earn between $19-$22 per hour, while Level 2 agents (with one year of experience) earn between $23-$27 per hour.
