Job Summary

VCA Canada is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our team at Calgary North Animal Hospital & 24 Hour Emergency Service. As a primary care and emergency hospital for companion animals and exotics, we offer a collaborative team environment and continuous learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and treatment to clients and their pet companions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for a diverse and interesting caseload
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional patient care and client satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Valid veterinarian license allowing practice in Canada
  • Advanced diagnostic skills
  • Dental surgery skills
  • Soft tissue surgical procedures
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with colleagues, clients, and community
