About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join our specialty healthcare team at Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working closely with our referring veterinarians to deliver high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat complex oncological cases
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with our specialty team
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our referring veterinarians
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our specialty team
Requirements
  • Board certification in Veterinary Medical Oncology (ACVIM)
  • Experience in a similar role or specialty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills
