The Wholegoods Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting designated Brandt Tractor Branches with comprehensive inventory oversight and management. This includes the allocation of stock for sales and rentals, as well as balancing wholegood inventory across various divisions. Key responsibilities involve placing orders with different vendors, processing purchase orders, coding, and addressing general inventory inquiries from the branches. This position is essential for the success of Brandt Tractor by providing daily support and vital information to the branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Machine Assignments for Sales and Rentals
    • Enforce the assignment policy to ensure precise inventory availability
    • Coordinate logistics with the PDI and Traffic departments
    • Report sales details to senior leadership
  • Maintenance of Inventory Records
    • Utilize the Record 360 program for accurate inventory tracking
    • Maintain machine details including hours, location, notes, and specifications
    • Provide training and support for the Record 360 system
  • Order Management
    • Place orders with vendors and maintain detailed order records
    • Address branch inquiries regarding order timelines
    • Collaborate with vendors on order modifications
  • Creation of Inventory Records
    • Match vendor invoices to purchase orders
    • Possess GL coding knowledge for various products
    • Create new inventory records within business systems
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform other tasks as assigned

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic with a willingness to invest extra time to complete tasks

Required Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field is preferred
