What We're Looking For

We're seeking self-starters who are curious and eager to learn. Our ideal candidate has:

  • A 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certificate
  • Minimum two years of building operating experience
  • Knowledge of building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
What You'll Do

As a Building Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing daily building operations tasks
  • Monitoring and maintaining all steam, hot water heating, and pressure equipment
  • Working with maintenance staff and subcontractors
  • Conducting regular building equipment checks and inspections
