We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Global Trade & Distribution Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Organized and accurate with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Work Environment

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Language of work: English

Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week
