Industrial Painter Job Description

Advantage Personnel is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our client's team in Saint John, NB. This role requires a skilled individual with 3-5 years of painting experience and expertise in fabrication and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, grinding, and pressure washing.
  • Apply corrosion control products and paint using spray equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working space.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure job specifics and requirements are met.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of painting experience.
  • Comfortable working at heights and with handheld power tools.
  • Experience in fabrication and manufacturing.
  • Ability to travel to PEI, NS, and the Maritimes.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50lb+.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
